It is imperative for buyers to recognize that any inaccuracies DO NOT exempt them from the uncompromising responsibility to fulfill payment for their purchases. While every effort will be made to correct errors before each lot is auctioned, buyers must unequivocally understand that once the auctioneer's hammer falls, they are irrevocably obligated to make payment. Furthermore, it is emphasized that any statements made by the auctioneer or the company on the day of the auction take precedent over anything previously written, ensuring that the most current and accurate information is considered. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied for description, condition, or fitness for use. * Buyers will incur a 10% buyer's premium per item, capped at $500, along with a 3% internet provider fee per item, which has no cap. (This fee is in addition to Wolgemuth Auction’s buyer’s premium). * Full payment is required within 3 business days, failure to comply will result in necessary consequential actions being taken such as possible late fee charges * A 6% Pennsylvania state tax will apply to all purchases apart from items qualifying for farming use or resale after Wolgemuth Auction receives a proper sales tax exemption form. Domestic wire transactions will incur a $15 fee, while international wire transactions will have a $40 fee. * Items purchased must be picked up within 30 days from the date of sale, “NO EXCEPTIONS” failure to do so may result in the sale of the items to cover storage fees, unless otherwise authorized by office management. * WIRE TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS “IMPORTANT” * You must include your Buyer Number and Sale Date as a reference in your wire transfer to ensure proper credit. Failure to do so may result in a delay in the release of your equipment, with subsequent storage charges

While Wolgemuth Auction provides a "ride and drive" option for certain rolling stock items, which covers operational aspects such as the engine, drive train, and hydraulic functions, it DOES NOT cover wear, oil leaks, batteries, tires, tracks, undercarriage, cosmetic damage, or electrical systems. All announcements made on sale day take precedence over any written material. Condition Terms: • Running: This means Wolgemuth Auction was able to start the item using the key or, in some cases, with a battery pack. The machine was capable of moving forward and backward under its own power, unless otherwise stated. • Non-Running: This indicates Wolgemuth Auction was unable to start the machine. Unless specified otherwise, the reason for the machine's non-running status is unknown. Salvage: This designation means that the engine and/or other significant components are missing. The machine is not currently operational and may require extensive repairs or parts. These definitions are provided to help clarify the item's condition, but ALL items remain AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers must promptly notify on-site auction management of any issues for joint inspection and agreement. Online bidders need to exercise the ride and drive option at the auction facility within two business days after the auction. Failure to do so forfeits this option. The catalog is a guide, and buyers are responsible for research. Information is sourced from reliable third parties, and while human error is possible, it is not intentional. Serial numbers and year models are not manufacturer-verified. Buyers must confirm details before bidding. Purchasing a machine unsuitable for the application is not grounds for transaction negation.

The buyer is solely responsible for arranging the transportation of their purchases. Failure to secure appropriate transportation is not considered a valid reason for not removing items within the 30 days from auction.
